Shipping Policies
N. W. Jewels charges actual shipping & insurance only
unless otherwise agreed upon.
All items are carefully packed to prevent damage. Please open carefully!
For Postal security reasons, and to deter theft in transit, the return address
will be " N.W.J."
We normally ship via USPS Priority Mail. The cost for most packages is $3.50, plus insurance. Packages over 1 lb will be charged the normal USPS rate for Priority Mail. (Rates are subject to change, in the event of a rate adjustment by the Postal Service).
All original items will be shipped within 48 hours. All re-issued items will be shipped in two to fourteen days.
Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase we will accept returns on merchandise
providing you notify us by email within 36 hours of receipt of order. We will
send the item to you using Priority Mail & request you do the same in
returning it to us. Merchandise must be received in the same condition as
it was when sent out for a refund to be made. Refunds will be made after the
returned item is received.
